Hydrauflaking
River City Biologicals, Inc. provides flaking services of frozen materials. Flaking consists of taking large blocks of frozen meat and placing through the hydrauflaker to obtain a finished product that has maintained its frozen state allowing the product to have maximum extraction of enzymes, hormones and proteins.
All of our equipment is cleaned and treated to Industry Standards.

At River City Biologicals, Inc, we do not allow Specific Risk Materials (SRMs) in the facility and maintain strict cleaning/sanitizing procedures and records.
Our freezer is restricted to employees only and we maintain computerized records of our hourly temperature readings.
